Axys Security Partners operates on the principle that confidentiality is fundamental to effective security and risk advisory services.

We routinely work with sensitive information relating to security arrangements, risk assessments, crisis management frameworks, travel security, and organizational decision-making. Protecting the confidentiality of our clients, partners, and stakeholders is a core element of our professional practice.

⁠Confidentiality Commitment

All information shared with ASP in the course of inquiries, discussions, assessments, or engagements is treated as confidential and handled with the utmost discretion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Security assessments, audit findings, and recommendations

Crisis management frameworks and Incident Command System (ICS) structures

Intelligence products, analytical reports, and briefings

Travel risk assessments and advisory materials

Internal procedures, plans, and operational information

⁠Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

ASP is prepared to enter into Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients, partners, or stakeholders as required.

Where appropriate, NDAs may be established:

  • Prior to the exchange of sensitive information
  • At the outset of a formal engagement
  • In support of ongoing advisory or analytical services

All NDAs are respected strictly and applied in accordance with their agreed scope and terms.

Information Handling and Access

Access to confidential information is limited to individuals who require it for legitimate professional purposes. Appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational measures are applied to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Information is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or to meet contractual or legal obligations.

Use of Information

Confidential information is used solely for the purpose for which it was provided and in support of agreed advisory services. ASP does not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior authorization, except where required by law.

⁠External Partners

Where advisory work involves collaboration with trusted external partners, information sharing is limited to what is strictly necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
